Shel Hensley brings a wealth of experience to her real estate clients. Moving to Anchorage from the Seattle area in 1970 she started her real estate career with TransAmerica Title Company in May 1970. Gaining an understanding of property titles, plats, legal documents and closing escrows led Shel to obtain her Real Estate license in 1977. Learning the business "from the ground - up" so to speak has been a substantial asset that is apparent by the service she provides. In addition to Shel's experience she is a strong proponent for continued education. Continuously on the look out for new ideas and trends she travels out of state to attend top agent seminars.
